Research Mode in P7

Primary 7 have been learning about volcanic eruptions and plate tectonics.

The Earth’s crust is like a big egg shell broken into different large pieces. These pieces move around and sometimes grind against each other and crash into each other, this can cause a volcano to form. We know there are three main types of volcanoes; cinder cone, shield and composite volcanoes. They all look different and have different properties. Ask us about the different features of these volcanoes.
