P6 Bounce Back: Courage

As part of Bounce Back this week, P6 have been understanding and accepting that everyone experiences fear, pain and anxiety at some point in their lives. Using lollipop sticks, we worked in groups to design our very own ladder of emotions associated with fears and nervousness and sorted them into levels of intensity, with the most intense at the top of the ladder. We shared times when we have felt these emotions and the courage we needed to face and overcome this. We discussed the different kinds of courage people can demonstrate and the importance of not minimising fear and anxiety in front of others to look ‘tough’.
