Playing and learning with fun in the snow!
Nursery boys and girls had fun playing in the snow!
Through this they were learning:
- to investigate the different properties of water and shares their findings with others.
- to talk about water in nature and how it influences their everyday lives.
- to identify the three main states of water (ice, water and steam)
- to use scientific vocabulary such as ‘melting’, ‘freezing’ and ‘boiling’ to describe changes of state.
