21/03/16 A time capsule was placed in the newly refurbished Town House clock tower. The Lord Provost met two pupils from Hanover Street School, Thomas Coutts (11YO pr7) and Amina Akchurina (11YO pr7) who wrote letters to people of the future.

The Lord Provost and (L) Martin Stewart (Aberdeen City Council Engineer) and Iain Esslemont (Site Manager) met two pupils from Hanover Street School, Thomas Coutts (11YO pr7) and Amina Akchurina (11YO pr7) who wrote letters to people of the future.
Again, a BIG well done to Thomas and Amina! And of course, a well done goes to all the the other Primary 7 pupils (and their teacher, Miss Wallace) who put in the effort of composing a letter to be potentially included in the Time Capsule. You will soon be able to see a small display of their efforts near the foyer of the school. Please come in a have a wee look!
